Love doing scenery cards! Went on a trip to Canada and got some wonderful pics. so am putting some of my scenic cards on here for you to see.

Scrapbooking Shadow Box Kit

A friend of mine gave me a scrapbooking shadow box kit for my birthday. I decided to use it in memory of my daddy, who died when I was 11, from a car wreck. I really like how it turned out. It was a hard day for me as I did it, but I love seeing it now on a shelf in my living room,

Fall cards

I love the fall (autumn) colors and smells! And the cooler weather! I made 5 fall colored cards last night.

I have been working on a bunch of scenery cards. Most of these pictures are taken locally. I had them printed up and decided to make some cards. Enjoy!

10 new cards

I am the church custodian and there were a bunch of bulletins left over that were going to be thrown out, so I brought a bunch of them home and recycled the picture on the front of them to use on cards - beautiful flowers. So you will see different cards I used these on. Then I found a border with bees, turtles, etc. on it at goodwill and you will see some of this on some of the cards. I cut out some of the insects and made some of them 3-D.

New cards!

I have made several new cards lately. A lady in church gave me a wonderful bag of old cards, with so many pretty pictures etc., and I recycled them and made some cards. So I hope you enjoy seeing what I have made!

Cards and more crocheting!

I made a few cards the other week, and also have been working on lots of bazaar items - crochet items as well as card sets!

Afghan and cards

I have finished another afghan to fit the size of the seat of our couch, until we can get a new couch. I love these colors together. My daughter has asked for one like this, but it didn't match her bed set, so I am using it on the couch.

I recently got Michael Strong's cat stamps, both the regular sized one and the mini cat stamp and made my 1st card using them.

Also, once in a while I enjoy making mosaic cards, and had the ATC with the elephant head on it which I thought looked nice on the card.

Crocheting again!

After many months of not crocheting, I wanted to crochet again! I finished the pictured afghan tonight! I am giving it a friend that lost everything in a fire.

Missie has asked for a brown and blue one large enough to cover her bed to use as bedspread. So that will be coming up!
